Shipping Policy

1) On-Hand Items (Ready to Ship)

Processing Time:
On-hand items ship out within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Method:
All on-hand orders include FREE Priority Shipping.

Delivery Time (after it ships):
Priority shipping typically takes 2–3 business days to reach your destination once your package is shipped.

2) Pre-Order Items

Production + Manufacturer Transit Time:
Pre-order items take 1–3 weeks to be made and delivered to us from our manufacturer.

Shipping to You (after we receive it):
Once we receive your pre-order shipment from our manufacturer, your order will ship out the next business day via Priority Shipping.

Delivery Time (after it ships):
Priority shipping typically takes 2–3 business days to arrive once your package is shipped.

3) Tracking Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, we don’t offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Wrong size sent: If we accidentally sent the incorrect size, we’ll get it exchanged for you.

  • Damaged item: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll take care of an exchange.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.
